Key Responsibilities

  • Execute manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications based on defined requirements.
  • Participate in requirement analysis to ensure test coverage and identify potential gaps early in the cycle.
  • Prepare and maintain clear, concise, and comprehensive test documentation (test cases, defect reports).
  • Identify, log, and track defects using Azure DevOps.
  • Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and other QA team members to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Perform functional, regression, smoke, and sanity testing as required.
  • Validate bug fixes and verify that product changes meet quality expectations.
  • Assist in test data preparation and environment setup.
  • Follow established QA processes and contribute to process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1–1.5 years of hands-on experience in manual software testing.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
  • Experience with test case management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Azure DevOps).
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Good-to-Have (Optional) Skills

  • Basic exposure to tools (e.g., JMeter, , Postman for API testing).
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology.
