Job Summary:
A Quality Analyst (QA) is responsible for ensuring that products, services, and processes meet defined quality standards. This role involves identifying defects, conducting audits and tests, analyzing data, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve overall quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with standards.
- Test and inspect products or software for defects and performance issues.
- Document and track defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to identify trends and recommend process improvements.
- Collaborate with development, production, and support teams to resolve quality issues.
- Create and maintain detailed reports on quality metrics and performance.
- Participate in review processes and suggest enhancements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality standards and procedures.
Required Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in quality assurance methodologies and tools.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quality Assurance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

- Certifications such as Six Sigma, ISO, ISTQB, or equivalent are a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience in software testing (for tech roles).
- Knowledge of SDLC and QA methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Selenium, or similar.
