Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced
Quality Analyst
fluent in both
Spanish and English
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions, ensuring compliance with internal standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate calls, chats, or emails for quality assurance in both Spanish and English.
  • Provide actionable feedback to agents to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements for better service delivery.
  • Maintain QA documentation and prepare quality reports for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with training and operations teams to address quality issues.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in a Quality Analyst role, preferably in Travel environment.
  • Excellent communication skills in
    Spanish and English
    (verbal and written).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
