We are scaling fast in Kolkata and looking for a Business Head who can take full ownership of growth, sales strategy, and branch operations.

Role Overview

The Business Head – Kolkata will lead the entire business unit, drive revenue, manage teams, and ensure aggressive growth across all micro-markets in the city.

You will be the CEO of the Kolkata unit — with full responsibility for targets, operations, people, and profitability.

Key Responsibilities


• Own the P&L for Kolkata operations


• Lead and mentor sales, pre-sales & field teams


• Set monthly/quarterly revenue targets and ensure achievement


• Develop high-performing Channel Partner Network


• Drive daily/weekly review systems & discipline


• Ensure lead quality, visit-to-closure ratios and CRM hygiene


• Manage 20–60 person teams effectively


• Conduct market mapping & micro-market expansion


• Build strong relationships with developers & key clients


• Implement SOPs for site visits, conversions & post-sales


• Prepare strategic plans for business growth in Kolkata

Ideal Candidate Profile


• 6–15 years in Real Estate Sales / High-Ticket Sales / BFSI


• Proven team leader with ability to drive performance


• Strong understanding of Kolkata's real estate market


• High Ownership + High Accountability mindset


• Excellent communication & negotiation skills


• Experience with CP management and big-ticket closures


• Ability to scale teams and open new market zones
