Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Head of Sales will oversee and lead the sales team, develop and execute sales strategies, build and maintain client relationships, and track sales performance metrics. Additional responsibilities include identifying market trends, driving revenue growth, and collaborating with other departments to achieve organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a sales team effectively.
  • Expertise in sales strategy development, client relationship management, and revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas and influence stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in analyzing market trends, competitive strategies, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proven ability to negotiate, close deals, and meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Familiarity with the real estate industry in Greater Kolkata Area is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and sales analytics is highly desirable.
