Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales, based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Head of Sales will oversee sales operations, lead and manage a team, develop and implement sales strategies, and maintain strong relationships with key accounts. The role also involves monitoring market trends, driving revenue growth, and achieving organizational sales targets through effective collaboration and leadership.

Qualifications

  • Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue growth and meet organizational targets
  • Proficiency in Account Management and building strong client relationships
  • Effective Team Management and leadership capabilities to guide and support the sales team
  • Advanced Analytical Skills to assess market trends, create strategies, and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in a leadership sales role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA or advanced degree is a plus
