Position Title: Program/ Channel Manager Liability Sales

Job Purpose

  • To support and track bank-wise initiatives and trackers to build acquisition and relationship management channel's Productivity and Profitability

Key Accountabilities

  • Incentive design, management and setting up trackers through BA
  • Analytics and insights across Performance and Profitability matrices

Job Duties & responsibilities

  • Analytics to measure & drive field distribution channels performance and profitability matrix.
  • KRA & Incentives – Designing & tracking, Dashboard, Query resolution, Data Validations
  • Development to improve LMS platform.
  • Analyse and insights pertaining to CASA and Cross sell businesses.
  • Drive quality of acquisitions through segment-specific insights

Required Experience

  • Minimum 3-5 years in a similar role, managing channels with large data volumes.

Education / Preferred Qualifications

  • Graduate with banking experience
  • MBA will be an advantage.

Core Competencies

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to analyze business performance and give insights for improvement.
  • Prior experience of CRM / LMS tools will be an advantage.

Technical Competencies:

  • Good Computer Knowledge
