Role Summary:
The Business Development Executive will play a key role in expanding our client base through cold calling and outreach efforts. This role requires an individual who can effectively engage with international clients, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct cold calls to engage and acquire new international clients.
- Present our services clearly and confidently, identifying potential needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to promote retention and future growth.
- Research and identify new business leads and opportunities within the international market.
- Coordinate with internal teams to tailor services based on client needs and market demands.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field, ideally in international markets.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; a professional, engaging phone presence is essential.
- Strong ability to manage outbound cold calls and follow-up communications.
- Results-oriented with a strong drive to achieve targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite is a plus.
