Role Overview:-

We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Sales & Marketing Associate to join our education team. In this role, you will combine strategic marketing initiatives with on-ground sales efforts to promote our academic programs and partnerships. You will be responsible for expanding our network by visiting colleges, universities, and tuition centres, conducting seminars and education fairs, and building long-term institutional relationships.

This is not a desk-only role — it's ideal for someone who enjoys being on the field, interacting with students, faculty members, and educational administrators, and driving impactful marketing campaigns that convert into tangible results. If you are persuasive, confident, and passionate about helping students and institutions connect with high-quality educational opportunities, this role offers immense growth, autonomy, and attractive incentives.

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Conduct regular field visits to colleges, universities, schools and tuition centres to promote programs and generate leads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Heads of Departments (HODs), training coordinators, and institutional decision-makers.
  • Organize and represent the company in education fairs, seminars, and student awareness events.
  • Execute on-ground and digital marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and student engagement.
  • Identify new business opportunities through campus drives, tie-ups, and local partnerships.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly admission and lead generation targets.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and event plans.
  • Maintain an updated database of leads, contacts, and institutional partners using CRM or internal systems.
  • Gather market insights, competitor data, and student feedback to refine marketing strategies.

Requirements:-

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in field sales, academic marketing, or business development (education sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident in public speaking and conducting seminars or group sessions.
  • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable with regular travel.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and CRM tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and local language(s).
