This role focuses on administrative support, contractor management, compliance documentation, and regional coordination to enhance overall HSSE program effectiveness and ensure regulatory compliance within JLL's scope of work.Key ResponsibilitiesRegional HSSE Operations Support (50% of time)Support daily HSSE operations across South Asia region, provide leadership for HSSE management systems and compliance programs at Client sitesManage contractor HSSE onboarding and work authorizations using Smartsheet, Corrigo, or recommended HSSE softwareOversee SDS management across South Asia and APAC regionsCoordinate permits and hazard controls documentationConduct compliance monitoring and reporting activitiesEvaluate safety, health, and environmental hazards within JLL's operational scope Implement qualification programs for JLL service partners at Client locationsDrive initiatives to foster a strong HSSE cultureManage high-risk work situationsAdministrative and Learning Support (20% of time)Serve as Account Learning Administrator for global teamMaintain global training matrix and track contractor hoursSupport document control processes and general administrative functionsCreate and manage HSSE dashboards and reporting toolsProvide communications support and conduct research as requiredStrategic Support (30% of time)Assist Regional HSSE Lead with South Asia and APAC responsibilitiesSupport HSSE goals activities and compliance programsParticipate in incident reporting and corrective action implementationContribute to HSSE culture initiatives and performance improvement projectsProfessional RelationshipsInternal: Global HSSE Lead, Regional HSSE Lead, JLL Site Teams, Account PersonnelClient: Synopsys HSSE Team and Facilities ManagementExternal: JLL Service Partners and ContractorsRequirementsPost-secondary education in safety management or related fieldMinimum 1 year of experience in HSSE operations or complianceStrong English-speaking and written communication skillsWillingness to learn and proficiency in Smartsheet and other digital management toolsProficiency with word processing, database applications, and reporting softwareAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, multi-regional environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skillsJLL internal tools, including AIAbility to conduct indoor and outdoor inspections to verify program compliancePreferred QualificationsExperience with contractor management and onboarding processesFamiliarity with HSSE compliance requirements in South Asia marketsKnowledge of environmental and occupational health regulationsExperience with dashboard creation and data management toolsThis role offers significant opportunity for professional development within JLL's global HSSE organization while contributing to enhanced regional compliance and operational efficiency.Location: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
