Role Overview

We are seeking a Co-Founder (Sales & Growth) to lead our market entry and expansion efforts. This role requires both
strategic leadership
and
hands-on execution
.

Responsibilities

  • Lead outreach to schools, principals, and administrators for SPARK Test adoption.
  • Conduct in-home parent meetings, converting reports into enrollments.
  • Recruit, train, and scale a
    dedicated sales team
    .
  • Invest capital to fuel sales infrastructure and drive early-stage growth.
  • Co-create growth strategies with the founding team and position the company for rapid scaling.

Ideal Candidate

  • Proven background in sales leadership (EdTech B2B2C preferred).
  • Strong network-building and relationship skills.
