Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO & Founding Directors to define growth strategy, product roadmap, and funding milestones.
  • Drive business expansion into 45 states by FY 2026 and exports by FY 2027.
  • Provide inputs on pricing, supply chain, and market positioning.

2. Financial & Investor Oversight

  • Contribute strategic capital or investor introductions to fuel early-stage growth.
  • Guide financial discipline, budgeting, and capital allocation for scaling manufacturing and marketing.
  • Participate in board-level discussions and business governance.

3. Business Growth & Partnerships

  • Leverage your network to build strategic alliances with distributors, retailers, and institutional buyers.
  • Assist in forming partnerships with investors, suppliers, and export channels (GCC, UAE, Africa).
  • Support in setting up the next phase in-house tissue and wipes manufacturing.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 5–15 years in FMCG / Hygiene / Consumer Goods / Startup growth.
  • Background: Entrepreneur, Angel Investor, or Senior Executive in operations, finance, or marketing.
  • Investment Range: (negotiable equity stake based on contribution).
  • Skills: Strategic thinking, networking, fundraising, and business scaling.
  • Mindset: Hands-on, visionary, and driven by purpose — building sustainable businesses that create long-term value.
