Job Location: Indore | Full Time | Work from Office Compensation: As per Industry Standards Experience: 6 months or 1+ years Responsibilities: - Manage and prioritize the CEO's calendar, schedule, and correspondence. - Facilitate effective communication between the CEO, executives, and staff members. - Coordinate and align the activities of various departments and teams to ensure organizational goals are met. - Monitor tasks the CEO assigns to team members, ensuring assignments are completed within the given timelines. ----Regularly follow up and provide progress reports on tasks. - Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. - Prepare and organize materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences. - Take care of the CEO's LinkedIn profile, which involves sharing updates, connecting with professionals, and actively engaging with the LinkedIn community to strengthen our online presence.
