Position : Founder’s Office Let It Count – Building the most trusted platform for donors - individuals, corporates, and foundations - to discover and fund, unique high- impact social-causes across India. We are transforming donor engagement in the social sector by bringing rigour, transparency and accountability to philanthropy. From identifying the right programs to conducting in-depth due diligence, on-ground monitoring, and data-led reporting we ensure that every rupee creates meaningful & measurable impact. Operating across multiple states and thematic areas, Let It Count manages End-to-End CSR Management and individual giving — turning intent into verified, lasting social value. The Founder’s Office at Let It Count is a high-impact, strategic role designed for professionals who thrive in a mission-driven environment. This role involves working directly with the founder, driving key projects and ensuring smooth execution across different and all verticals. Job Description: Understanding: D etailed understanding of our work, partner non-profit organisations & the impact they create, donor profiles Strategic Execution: Work closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives - across fundraising, donor engagement, partnerships, and process design Project Management: Track progress across multiple social-sector projects, ensuring timely delivery, documentation, and coordination between internal teams and partner NGOs. Research & Insights: Conduct deep research on industry trends, funding models, and partnership opportunities (both donor and NGO side). Translate insights into actionable recommendations Data & Reporting : Support in preparing presentations, board decks, donor reports, and impact dashboards. Analyse results to drive accountability and storytelling. Correspondence : Manage professional correspondence and hand holding with NGO partners, applicants and donors, —ensuring timely submissions, clarity and accuracy Operational Support : Assist with Monitoring & Evaluation tasks and other cross-functional needs that arise in a dynamic, fast-moving start-up environment Digital Media – supervise and support the social media management team for effective digital marketing presence and engagement Provide assistance in everything that may be required in a start-up working environment Who you are : Grounded Energetic A willing learner Curious and motivated - thrives in ambiguity and takes ownership without waiting for instructions Eager to learn, grow and adapt in a start-up changing environment Comfortable with multi-tasking across strategy, execution, and research. Capability of understanding CSR compliances, other regulatory processes/policies Strong communication, writing, and analytical skills —you can convert data and insights into compelling narratives with attention to detail Prior experience (2–4 years preferred) in consulting, CSR, social impact, or start-up environments will be a strong plus Open to short duration travel, if required, sometimes to even remote locations Why Join Us?
