**Position Overview

The CEO will be responsible for leading the organisation , driving business growth, managing creative operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design outputs. The CEO will oversee teams, align the company's creative direction with market requirements, and develop strategies to scale operations and revenue.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide **strategic leadership** to drive company vision, culture, and long-term goals.

* Manage day-to-day operations of design, creative, and production teams.

* Build, implement, and optimize **efficient workflows** for project delivery.

* Oversee **branding, marketing strategy, and client acquisition initiatives.

* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.

* Lead team hiring, training, performance evaluation, and talent development.

* Develop pricing models, growth strategies, and new service pipelines.

* Represent the company in meetings, negotiations, and business partnerships.

* Ensure high-quality creative standards and timely project execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications

* Proven leadership experience in a design, creative agency, media, or branding firm.

* Strong understanding of graphic design, motion graphics, and video production workflows.

* Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and deadlines effectively.

* Excellent communication, strategic planning, and team-building skills.

* Business development and client relationship management experience.

* Problem-solving mindset and decision-making capability under pressure.

Preferred Experience

* Minimum 3–7 years in a senior management or leadership role in the creative field.

* Experience scaling teams or agencies is an added advantage.
