Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Tender Associate with in-depth knowledge of tender management processes. The ideal candidate will take ownership of tender activities, oversee vendor registrations, monitor relevant opportunities across multiple portals, and guide the junior team. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as expertise in the tender ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end tendering process, from identifying opportunities to submission.
- Add and maintain company profiles across multiple e-tendering portals.
- Monitor and track relevant tenders daily, ensuring timely alerts and updates.
- Handle vendor registrations and compliance requirements for government and private entities.
- Review tender documents, analyse eligibility criteria, and coordinate with internal teams.
- Prepare and compile tender documentation in line with company policies.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders in the tender ecosystem.
- Guide and mentor junior associates on best practices and daily tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in tender management.
- Strong knowledge of vendor registration and e-tendering platforms.
- Familiarity with the tender ecosystem (government, PSU, private).
- Excellent organizational, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple opportunities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
