We are seeking a dynamic Finance Associate (2+ years experience) to join the Group CFOs team in a leading real estate development group. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate finance, including financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination, while working closely with senior management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support preparation of financial reports, variance analysis, and management dashboards.
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow monitoring.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for management, board, and investor meetings.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and support audit and compliance requirements.
  • Liaise with internal departments, banks, and external stakeholders on finance-related matters.
  • Conduct research, analysis, and provide support for strategic and special projects.

Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant (CA).
  • 2–5 years' relevant experience in finance, accounting, or audit.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (ERP knowledge preferred).
