InRiver PIM Operations Manager :

• Oversee the daily operations of the InRiver PIM system, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across all channels.
• Manage and execute product data updates, including data enrichment, cleansing, and validation within the InRiver platform.
• Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures within the InRiver PIM system.
• Collaborate with brands and internal teams to understand their product information needs and translate them into actionable requirements within InRiver.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brands and key stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact for PIM operational matters.
• Develop and deliver training materials and presentations on InRiver PIM functionalities and best practices to various user groups.
• Conduct training sessions for both technical and non-technical audiences, effectively communicating the business benefits of PIM capabilities.
• Monitor data quality metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement within the InRiver system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the InRiver PIM platform.
• Utilize advanced Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and bulk data manipulation.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to InRiver PIM processes, configurations, and workflows.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest InRiver PIM features, updates, and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of InRiver PIM system upgrades and enhancements.
• Collaborate with IT and technical teams on system integrations and data flow between InRiver and other enterprise systems.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the PIM :
• Minimum of 3 years of demonstrable experience in data management principles and practices.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience working with Product Information Management (PIM) tools.
• Strong foundational knowledge of PIM principles, data modeling concepts, and data governance.
• Proven ability to manage and update product data effectively within a PIM system.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote work Skills :
• InRiver PIM Proficiency : Demonstrated proficiency in using and managing the InRiver PIM platform, including hands-on experience with product data updates, workflow management, and user administration.
• PIM Principles : Strong foundational understanding of Product Information Management (PIM) principles, data modeling, data enrichment, data syndication, and data governance.
• Data Management Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in data management roles, with a focus on data quality, data integrity, and process optimization.
• Advanced Excel Skills : Mastery of Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, data manipulation, pivot tables, and data analysis capabilities.
• Interpersonal and Communication Skills : Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal), with a proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with brands and key stakeholders.
• Presentation Skills : Strong presentation skills with proficiency in creating compelling PowerPoint presentations and delivering them effectively to large groups, both in person and on virtual platforms.
• Documentation Skills : Proven ability to create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation, including training materials, process documents, and technical guides.
• Technical Translation : Ability to translate technical capabilities and functionalities of the InRiver PIM system into clear, compelling business benefits for various stakeholders.
• Fluent English : Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential for effective communication with global teams and Skills :
