Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • At least 8-10 years of experience in HR Service Delivery, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving quality, and enhancing employee experience.
  • Intermediate understanding of service architecture and process design.
