We are looking for a Project Sales professional who will be responsible for handling end-to-end project sales, client billing, and relationship management. The role requires strong project handling experience, frequent engagement with architects, interior designers, real estate professionals, and openness to travel for client and site interactions.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the entire project sales cycle – from client engagement, proposal creation, cost estimation, and billing, to project execution and closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, interior designers, contractors, and real estate developers.
- Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams (design, engineering, finance, and installation) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Handle client billing, account reconciliation, and payment follow-ups.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and project leads.
- Prepare and present project proposals, timelines, and progress updates to clients.
- Travel extensively to meet architects, designers, dealers, and project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet quality, compliance, and delivery standards.
- Graduate degree (B.Com preferred); MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of project handling experience in sales, client servicing, or building material-related roles.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to interpret project requirements, technical drawings, and client specifications.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings, site visits, and project coordination.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and exposure to project management tools will be an advantage.
- Exposure to projects involving architects, interior designers, and real estate developers.
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment.
