· SM shall act a coordinator between ClusterHead and Sales Executives/Team Leaders and shall also coordinate and monitorSales Representative and Team Leaders on CASA & Credit Card Performance on Daily/Weekly andMonthly/Annual Basis. · SM duties shall include assisting in monthon month, annual targets and help achieving corporate goals. · Quality Sourcing by checking Salesexecutives Applications and getting discrepancy removed there and then in orderto provide quality applications for processing. · Devise Action plans to drive sales,productivity, cross sell. Successful execution of strategies to achieveTargets. · Responsible for acquisition, growth of thecredit card business. Creating a strong compliant sales culture across the off -role channel to drive acquisitions profitability and employee development. · Handling appointment of Sales Representative and Team Leadersalong with Cluster Head, training & performance management of sales Agents& Team Leaders and manage a team of off -roll sales employees and itsplacements. · Track Application from end to end, from dispatch tilldecisioning.· Shall be responsible for Open Market Sales and get thebusiness sourced through Sales Executive. · Ensuring expansion of customer base for credit card & CASA within the Cluster, while keeping focus on sourcingwithin assigned cost of acquisition, proper sourcing mix, paid premium CASAaccounts. Other duties orprojects as assigned.RequirementsGraduate from any discipline.Minimum 2 Years of experience preferably in Credit card with cross selling (preferably CASA & Merchant Acquiring -QR)Min Age 21 - Max Age 45 as on Preffered Locations: - Durgapur, Chennai, Bhubaneshwar, Meerut, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Dehradun, Indore, Raipur, Mohali, Coachin, Gurugram, Dibrugarh, Jammu, Shimla, Jodhpur, Rohtak, Ernakulam, Durgapur, Biharsharif, Muzaffarpur, Pune.
