Based out of India’s technology capital, Bengaluru, 4point2technologies has been a trailblazer in website architecture and development, developing customised applications, custom publishing, and digital marketing since 2004.  Job Role:  We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Software Sales Team Lead  to join our dynamic sales team.  Key Responsibilities Lead and motivate a team of software sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.Develop, implement, and oversee effective sales strategies and processes for software products.Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting tactics as necessary.Provide coaching, mentoring, and ongoing training to team members, fostering high performance.Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment of sales activities with organizational goals.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, handling escalated customer issues promptly.Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.Recruit, train, and onboard new sales representatives as needed. Pre-Requsities: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.Proven experience in software sales, with prior leadership or team management responsibility.Strong understanding of CRM tools and software sales cycles, preferably including SaaS experience.Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.SkillsStrong leadership and motivational abilities.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.Proficiency with CRM and analytics software, such as Salesforce.
