Surpluss is a global B2B platform that helps businesses buy and sell excess inventory, near-expiry products, cancelled orders, out-of-demand items, and slow-moving stock. We make it easy for companies to liquidate their surplus inventory, connect with potential buyers, and recover costs to improve their bottom line.

Our headquarters is in Singapore, and we are backed by Antler. As we expand our operations in India, we are looking for a motivated Digital community coordinator to join our team.

**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Post creatives in groups (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Engage with posts by commenting, liking, and responding to messages.
- Interact with the online community by coordinating and engaging with followers regularly.
- Schedule and post content across all social media channels, ensuring branding and messaging consistency.
- Assist in developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with brand goals.
- Actively promote the Company platform to increase sign-ups and engagement from social media groups.
- Encourage people to join our platform by creating engaging content and driving interactions within social groups.
- Join relevant groups on a daily basis to increase outreach.
- Maintain groups joined and interactions within them.
- Call and attend leads, helping them to understand the Surpluss platform and its benefits.
- Follow up on messages or responses received on social media, ensuring timely communication.

**Required Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

**Location: Pune**

**Salary: As per industry Standard**

**Opportunity: Full Time**

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
