**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Campaign Planning & Design**:

- Collaborate with internal teams to brainstorm, plan, and design campaigns aligned with the foundation’s goals.
- Develop creative concepts for campaigns that resonate with youth and community audiences.
- Create visually compelling graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support campaigns.
- **Content Creation & Management**:

- Design engaging content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms to maximize reach and impact.
- Write copy for social media posts, campaign materials, and newsletters.
- Work with external vendors or freelancers, as needed, for content production.
- **Campaign Execution & Coordination**:

- Coordinate campaign timelines, manage deliverables, and ensure campaigns launch on time.
- Assist in organizing on-ground events and activities as part of the campaign initiatives.
- Track the progress of campaigns and adjust strategies to optimize performance.
- **Community Engagement**:

- Develop interactive engagement strategies to increase youth participation in campaigns.
- Work closely with community teams to gather input and ensure campaigns reflect community needs and values.
- Attend community events to promote campaigns and build relationships with stakeholders.
- **Analytics & Reporting**:

- Track campaign performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion.
- Prepare reports on campaign outcomes, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
- Document success stories and testimonials from campaign participants for promotional use.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, or campaign management preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva).
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills.
- **Other Requirements**: Creative thinker, with a passion for youth empowerment and social impact.

**Base Location**:Pune, Maharashtra
