As a Junior Project Coordinator at MDA, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth execution of projects, fostering seamless communication between clients and our internal team, and contributing to the success of digital marketing campaigns. This role requires a solid understanding of various digital marketing components such as social media, SEO, content creation, and graphic design, along with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
**Responsibilities**:
- Client Coordination:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining regular communication to understand their needs, provide updates on project progress, and address any concerns or questions.
- Gather client requirements, objectives, and feedback, and effectively communicate them to the internal team to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell services to existing clients based on their evolving needs and objectives.
- Team Coordination:
- Collaborate closely with internal teams including social media executives, SEO specialists, content creators, and graphic designers to ensure all project tasks are completed on time and within scope.
- Coordinate project timelines, allocate resources, and track project milestones to ensure timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Facilitate internal meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews to foster collaboration and innovation.
- Digital Marketing Expertise:
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, content strategy, and graphic design concepts to contribute valuable insights and recommendations to client projects.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in digital marketing to continuously enhance the agency's service offerings and deliver exceptional results to clients.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate project documentation including project plans, status reports, and client correspondence to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Generate comprehensive reports on project performance, highlighting key metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience in a digital marketing agency or a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO principles, content marketing, and graphic design fundamentals.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with clients and team members.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Asana, Trello, or Basecamp) is a plus.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and strategies.
