- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to manage and track project activities.
- Drive continuous follow-up with task owners to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
- Maintain detailed project trackers, MOMs, dashboards, and status reports.
- Track project milestones and flag deviations or delays proactively.
- Support project managers with documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
- Facilitate meetings, circulate documentation, and ensure action item closure.
- Maintain version-controlled repositories for all project artifacts.
- Identify and escalate potential risks or delays through appropriate governance channels.
- Act as a communication bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.

**Required Skills:

- **
- Strong understanding of project coordination in complex setups with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and reporting.
- Ability to manage escalations, track outcomes, and drive reporting in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge of execution methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid).

**Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with tools such as MS Project, Azure DevOps, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Experience supporting automation, AI, or large-scale ERP implementations.
- Comfort with documentation-heavy environments and change control practices.
