**Responsibilities**:

- **Project Coordination**:

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
- Maintain project calendars and task lists.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:

- Facilitate team, stakeholder, and client communication.
- Arrange virtual meetings, record minutes, and follow up on action items.
- **Document Management**:

- Organize documentation, including project plans and status reports.
- Ensure version control and storage of project documents.
- **Task Tracking and Reporting**:

- Monitor project progress and update task statuses.
- Generate reports summarizing project status, risks, and issues.
- **Resource Management**:

- Assist in resource allocation and tracking.
- Coordinate with team members for timely completion of tasks.
- **Risk Management**:

- Identify potential risks and issues, reporting to the project manager.
- Assist in implementing risk mitigation strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a project coordinator or virtual assistant.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a virtual team environment.

Proficient in using virtual collaboration tools.
