RenB Digital is looking for a Digital Marketing Client Service Executive We are a full-service digital marketing, branding, and design agency dedicated to enhancing our clients' digital presence. We provide premium branding services to SMEs and startups, covering all aspects of branding, design, digital, and communication.

**Job Purpose**:

- Vendor Coordination
- Social Media Posting
- Social Media Management
- Monitor and analyze the SM performance
- Create an SM monthly plan/campaign
- Client Co-ordination

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Client relationship management: Cultivate strong partnerships/relationship, understanding client needs and objectives.
- Project coordination and execution: Ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing campaigns, meeting client requirements.Ensuring the timely project delivery. Coordinating with the vendors.
- Strategic planning and consultation: Develop tailored digital marketing strategies monthly, aligned with client goals.
- Performance analysis and optimization: Monitor campaign metrics weekly, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and problem-solving: Serve as a reliable point of contact, addressing client concerns and resolving issues promptly.

**Mandatory Qualifications**: Bachelor's degree with a marketing specialization and minimum 6 months of Digital Marketing Certification.

**Experience Level**:Min 1-year experience in a Digital Marketing or Advertising agency

**Location**: Pune

**Salary Range**: INR 15,000 to INR 20,000 per month

**Employment Type**: Full Time - Hybrid

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
