**The Role**:
As our Communications Coordinator, you'll be pivotal in coordinating our efforts to narrate our battle against climate change. Through your expertise, our initiatives and successes will be showcased across multiple channels, bringing light to the challenges and triumphs faced in rural revitalization.

**What You'll Do**:

- Work with a team that is as passionate as you to craft and implement communication strategies focused on climate action.
- Co-ordinate with field teams to source relevant updates in a timely manner.
- Co-ordinate with external vendors and partners to bring out communication products in a timely manner.
- Work on platforms like Shorthand to craft stories.
- Disseminate various communication outputs on digital media.
- Collaborate with diverse internal stakeholders to develop and implement impactful communication strategies.
- Design visually compelling graphics and layouts using tools such as Canva for reports, posters and other promotional materials.
- Manage brand identity on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

**Who You Are**:

- A passionate communicator with 1-2 years’ experience in communications or journalism, having an interest in environmental storytelling.
- Masterful in both written and spoken English, with fluency in Hindi or Marathi to connect deeply with local communities.
- Proficient in using X and Instagram.
- Proficient in using Canva for design.
- Driven by a commitment to sustainability and proactive in promoting community-driven solutions to climate change.
