Sales Coordinator

Make outbound calls to potential customers.
- Conduct research to gather data and identify new leads.
- Generate leads
- Explain and provide information about the company’s multiple businesses/services.
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Update and maintain customer and lead information in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to nurture them through the sales pipeline.
- Schedule meetings or appointments for potential clients with the relevant department.
- Report daily/weekly call results and lead generation activities to the supervisor.
- Research on data and prepare report
**Requirement**:
- Good communication skills in English or Regional Language
- Ability to explain complex information clearly and persuasively.
- Basic knowledge of computer and MS Excel.
- Experience with lead generation and CRM systems or fresher may also apply
- Ability to handle customer queries and rejections professionally.
- Positive and self - motivated
- Freshers are more preferred
**Mandatory Requirement -**
Good communication in English
**Education**:High School Diploma or equivalent or Any degree is an advantage.
**Experience**: 0-2 years
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
