**Position Overview**: The Sales Coordinator is responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team, ensuring that all sales activities are organized and executed efficiently. The role includes managing customer inquiries, processing orders, coordinating between sales and other departments, and maintaining sales data to help achieve business targets.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team with administrative tasks such as preparing quotes, proposals, and presentations.
- Manage customer inquiries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Process sales orders, monitor delivery schedules, and ensure the timely shipment of goods/services.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Assist in following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and handle any after-sales issues.
- Respond to customer requests, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and prompt manner.
- **Order Processing**:

- Ensure that orders are processed accurately and promptly, and work with the logistics team to track order fulfillment.
- Monitor and report on stock levels, inventory, and product availability.
- Ensure that sales documentation is accurately completed and maintained.
- **Sales Reporting**:

- Maintain sales records and prepare reports on sales activities, revenue, and target achievement.
- Monitor sales performance and assist in setting targets and goals for the sales team.
- Provide data analysis to sales managers for decision-making and strategy development.
- **Coordination and Communication**:

- Coordinate with various internal departments (such as marketing, finance, and customer service) to ensure smooth execution of sales processes.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and sales events, ensuring all logistics are managed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure all client needs are met and deadlines are adhered to.
- **Sales Documentation and Database Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and records.
- Prepare contracts, sales agreements, and other required documentation.
- Keep track of sales targets, commissions, and expenses.
- **Market Research**:

- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Keep track of industry trends and product developments to provide relevant insights to the sales team.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is preferred.
- **Skills**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer concerns effectively.



Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:
