Sales and Admin Coordinator

Job Purpose
manage front desk responsibilities, coordinate administrative tasks, and ensure the smooth functioning of office
operations.
Job Responsibility
- Maintain and update the Target Sheet with product-wise sales information.
- Track and monitor sales performance to ensure target achievement.
- Regularly update the New Buyers List and integrate it into the Target Sheet.
- Maintain and update the Customer Visit Sheet with details of customer visits and follow-ups.
- Track and update customer visit details for affiliate partnerships.
- Manage and coordinate party arrangements for corporate events or celebrations.
- Management of Broadcast Messages of Sales Team.
- Administration related work
- Any task given by the management
Skills, Experience and Qualification Required
- Proven experience in sales support, marketing coordination, or administrative roles
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and Multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pay: Up to ₹60,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
