**Vacancy - Admin & Sales Coordinator**
**Location
- Sakar IV, Ashram Rd, opp. Town hall, Ellisbridge, Ahmedabad**
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the HR & sales team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Coordinate with field sales personnel to ensure smooth communication and efficient execution of sales activities.
- Assist in the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Generate and maintain accurate sales reports on a monthly basis, analyzing sales data and providing insights to the management team.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and track progress toward sales targets.
- Serve as a liaison between the sales team, customers, and other departments within the organization.
- Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA in Marketing preferred.
- Previous experience in administrative support or sales coordination role, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Salary**: ₹15,187.01 - ₹18,610.82 per month
