**Job Title: Sales Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Coordinate with the sales and business development teams to manage franchise leads and follow-ups.
- Handle parent inquiries regarding preschool admissions and guide them to the nearest H3 Preschool center based on location and availability.
- Maintain a lead management system/CRM to track inquiries and conversions.
- Take regular feedback from parents post-counseling to understand their experience and satisfaction with the admission process.
- Collaborate with schools to ensure timely and courteous handling of walk-in or referred admissions.
- Prepare and share sales reports, performance dashboards, and MIS reports.
- Organize and support franchise events, exhibitions, and webinars as needed.
- Assist in franchise onboarding processes and maintain proper documentation.
- Provide administrative and operational support to ensure smooth sales coordination.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, customer relationship management, or admin support.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati.
- Experience in handling customer interactions and resolving queries efficiently.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and service-oriented attitude.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹216,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
