**Job Description**:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team at Sarang Group, a leading construction chemical company. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Support Sales Team**: Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and processing orders promptly and accurately.
- **Order Processing**: Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using our internal systems. Ensure all orders are fulfilled on time and according to customer specifications.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as a primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product information or guidance as needed.
- **Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team to prepare sales quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. Provide administrative support for sales-related activities.
- **Sales Data Management**: Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other relevant information in our CRM system. Generate sales reports and analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure adequate stock availability. Track shipments and deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
- **Relationship Building**: Cultivate strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Follow up on sales inquiries and feedback to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- **Sales Coordination**: Coordinate with various internal departments, including marketing, finance, and logistics, to support sales activities and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team to support strategic decision-making.
- **Administrative Tasks**: Perform general administrative duties such as managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining sales documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales coordination, customer service, or a similar role, preferably in the construction or chemical industry.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of construction chemicals or related products is a plus.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules.
