Job Title: Sales Coordinator

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations.
- Coordinate and follow up on sales inquiries, ensuring timely responses to customer queries.
- **Order Processing**:

- Process sales orders accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products/services to customers.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
- Address customer concerns and queries in a professional and timely manner.
- **Data Management**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and sales information in the CRM system.
- Generate reports and analyze sales data to provide insights for decision-making.
- **Communication**:

- Act as a liaison between the sales team and other internal departments.
- Communicate effectively with customers, providing information about products, services, and order status.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in the planning and coordination of sales events, exhibitions, and conferences.
- Ensure all logistics are in place for successful participation in events.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense tracking.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Collaborate with the sales team to implement and execute sales strategies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales coordination or support role.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:
