**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day operations, including managing inquiries, preparing quotations, and following up with clients.
- Coordinate between the sales team and other departments to ensure timely delivery and resolution of client concerns.
- **Order Management**:
- Process sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely entry into the system.
- Monitor and track order status, ensuring timely delivery and dispatch.
- **Client Coordination**:
- Serve as the point of contact for clients, addressing their queries and providing updates on orders.
- Maintain positive client relationships through consistent communication and service excellence.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of sales activities, client data, and payment follow-ups.
- **Inventory Management**:
- Collaborate with the inventory and logistics team to ensure stock availability and timely dispatch of goods.
- Alert the team about low inventory levels to prevent stockouts.
- **Team Coordination**:
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and organizing events.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to generate actionable insights from data.
- Team player with a proactive and problem-solving attitude
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,793.78 per month
