  • Follow up with customers on orders, payments, and service requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer databases in CRM software.
  • Coordinate with marketing and logistics teams for promotional activities and deliveries.
  • Support the sales team by handling administrative tasks and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing sales presentations and proposals.
  • Monitor sales targets and ensure timely reporting to management.
  • Address customer complaints and provide necessary support.
  • Schedule and organize meetings, sales calls, and follow-ups.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10, ₹12,000.00 per month
