Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic, strategic, and creative Marketing Manager to lead AIC Technik's brand and demand-generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone passionate about technology and skilled in crafting campaigns that resonate across both B2B and B2G markets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy, aligned with company goals and sales targets.
  • Lead brand positioning, messaging, and content strategy across channels.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, email, social media, paid ads).
  • Coordinate with product, sales, and technical teams to create marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, case studies, etc.).
  • Drive lead generation and conversion through targeted campaigns and automation tools.
  • Plan and execute industry events, trade shows, and webinars.
  • Oversee the company's website, blog, and social media presence.
  • Analyze performance metrics and present insights and optimizations to leadership.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in tech, industrial, or B2B sectors.
  • Proven track record in executing successful digital and content marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Ads, SEO/SEM tools.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50, ₹100,000.00 per month
