**Job Title**: Sales Coordinator
**Reports to**: Director
**Department**: Sales
**Location**: Vapi

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the sales team with **administrative tasks** (schedules, orders, contracts, invoices).
- Handle **customer inquiries** and provide product/service information.
- **Update customer records** in CRM, prepare sales reports and presentations.
- **Coordinate sales meetings**, conferences, and teleconferences.
- Track **sales performance metrics** and generate reports.
- Assist with **sales proposals, campaigns, and promotions**.
- **Monitor market trends** and **competitor activities**.
- **Coordinate logistics** for sales events, trade shows, and exhibitions.
- Liaise with **suppliers** for timely product delivery and manage **sales materials**.

**Required Skills**:

- Strong **organizational and time management** skills.
- Excellent **communication** and **interpersonal** skills.
- Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and **CRM software**.
- Detail-oriented with **analytical** and **problem-solving** abilities.

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree** in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in sales support or a related role.

Pay: ₹11,060.13 - ₹20,000.00 per month
