**Job Overview**:
MetaBlock Technologies is seeking a driven and persuasive **Tele Sales Executive** to join our growing team. You will be responsible for generating leads, closing sales over the phone, and maintaining customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and leads.
- Clearly explain the company's services and offerings to clients.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and leads.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to team goals.
- Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into clients.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer-facing role.
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Confidence in handling rejection and maintaining follow-ups.
- Basic knowledge of IT and digital services (preferred).
- Proficient in CRM tools or willingness to learn quickly.
