**Key Responsibilities**
- Triage and investigate reported issues; work with the engineering team to resolve bugs and technical challenges.
- Identify recurring user pain points and collaborate with product teams to improve processes and reduce support volume.
- Create and maintain user-facing documentation and FAQs for common queries.
- Advocate for our users internally, sharing insights and feedback that help shape the product.
- Maintain a positive and professional tone while delivering clear, native-level English communication.

**Qualifications**
- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer success, operations, or product support (preferably in a SaaS or marketplace environment).
- **Skills**: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and de-escalation skills.
- **Tools**: Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, Freshdesk, or Crisp.
- **Mindset**: Product-focused—able to spot friction points and propose solutions.
- **Collaboration**: Comfortable working cross-functionally to improve processes and experiences.
