**Position Summary**:
Futures First Academy, a venture of Futures First, is committed to providing top-notch educational services, empowering individuals to achieve their career goals through our specialized courses. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Program Advisor to join our team and drive our enrollment growth.

**Job Profile**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead Nurturing and Conversion:

- Proactively manage and nurture leads to convert them into enrolled students.
- Serve as the first point of contact for potential leads, providing accurate and timely information about our courses and offerings.
- Communication Management:

- Ensure clear, concise, and professional communication at all times, maintaining a high standard of customer service.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Customer Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current students, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Address any concerns or queries promptly, providing excellent support throughout the enrollment process.
- Team Collaboration:

- Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and academic teams, to ensure alignment and support overall business goals.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions for continuous improvement.
- Reporting and Documentation:

- Prepare regular reports on lead status, sales performance, and other relevant metrics for management review.

**Requirements**:
**Education Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field. (not mandatory)

**Work Experience**
- 6-month sales experience preferred.

**Skill Set**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- High level of adaptability and problem-solving skills.

**Location**: Gurgaon, India (preferred)/ Remote**Type**: Internship**Shift**: 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Tuesday to Saturday**Note**: This is not a full-time employment opportunity.-
