**Work Experience**

8-10 years of work experience, preferably in Financial Reporting, preferably in IT and/or ITeS company in a Global Environment. High level proficiency in data analytics and working with data collection tools/ software, seasoned experience in producing several Excel-based reporting.

Programming skills with querying languages, in excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI etc.

Good understanding of statistical analysis and reporting packages.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Gathering relevant information from multiple sources, structuring it in a way that allows for effective analysis, and then scrutinizing it to derive meaningful insights.
- Works across finance team and business teams, using data analysis and tools to ensure analytics are valid, meaningful, and provides actionable and comprehensive insights.
- Extracts and analyses data, statistics, and information from various sources and interpret and produce the relevant reports, summaries, and briefing notes that will be used to inform business decisions.
- Optimizes visual information for easier consumption and actionable metrics.
- Maintains processes for ensuring data accuracy and current relevance and representation.

**Key Performance Parameters**
- Timeframe Management: Complete development tasks within the agreed-upon deadlines, unless agreed.
- Quality: Achieve dashboard usability and error-free SQL queries, with 100% adherence to data security standards.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively convey insights and findings to stakeholders, both verbally and through written reports.
- Problem-Solving Abilities: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify key business issues, analyze data, and recommend solutions to improve business performance.

**Essential Knowledge and Analytical Skills**

Good foundation of finance, predictive analytics, mapping, collecting data from multiple data systems on premises and cloud-based data sources. Programming skills with querying languages, in excel, SQL, Python, Tableau or Power BI etc.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Good verbal and written communication skills
