**Purpose and Scope** - Manager/Senior Manager - FP&A will play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making through timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis. Your responsibilities will span budgeting and forecasting, variance analysis, management information systems (MIS), treasury support, and documentation.
- Key Roles and Responsibilities_
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial summaries and analytical reports for management.
- Compare actual performance with Budgets, Forecasts, Flash Reports, and SLC Reports.
- Assist in the development of comprehensive budget and forecast models, including Profit & Loss (P&L), Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key financial ratios.
- Conduct detailed variance analysis between actuals and budgets/forecasts.

Perform ratio analysis and identify key financial trends to support strategic decisions
- Manage comprehensive datasets and backup documentation for financial and MIS reports.

Ensure availability of supporting information for internal and external audits.
- Provide support in miscellaneous finance-related activities and cross-functional requirements as needed.

**Qualification, Skills and Experience**

**Chartered Accountant (CA)** with **6-8 years of relevant work experience**.
- Preferably from **large organisations** with exposure to:

- Financial analysis and reporting
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Finalisation of accounts
- Internal and statutory audits
- Strong knowledge of **accounting and taxation principles**.
- Demonstrates **analytical thinking**, attention to detail, and strong **commercial acumen**.

**Advanced proficiency** in **Microsoft Excel** and **Microsoft PowerPoint** for financial modeling and reporting.
- Experience with **SAP** (or similar ERP systems) is highly desirable.
- Excellent **communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills**; able to collaborate across departments and with senior management.
- Ability to **thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments**, multitask effectively, and prioritise workloads under tight deadlines.
