**Position reports to** - **Assistant Director

**Job Purpose**

**Financial Analysis/Spreading**

This opportunity is ideal for a private equity professional who is interested in working with leading global private equity funds and corporations.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Analysis and spreading of financial statements of public and private companies.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts, ratio analysis, understanding of the 3 financial statements
- Relative valuation and benchmarking
- Work on other ad-hoc tasks like industry & company overview, newsletter etc. towards solving problems.
- Portfolio Monitoring

**Key Competencies**
- CA, CA(Inter), MBA from a top tier business school.
- Experience of working with Bloomberg, Capital IQ, FactSet etc.
- Should have proficiency in MS-office (mainly in Excel, PPTs and Word)
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Dedicated and motivated individuals having demonstrated academic excellence with strong leadership, client relationship and project management skills, analytical, communication and teamwork skills.
