**Corporate Health and Safety Advisor**
**Job Location**:Gurgaon, India. (Onsite)

**Job Type**:Full Time.
**Schedule**: Monday
- Friday (Day shift or Night shift).

**Full Description**:
VitalCheck Wellness is seeking a **Corporate Health and Safety Advisor** for employees of an investment management company in **Gurgaon, India.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Participate in the development, implementation, and refinement of firm-wide safety programs including, but not limited to:

- Emergency preparedness
- Travel & event safety
- Radiation safety
- Chemical management
- Vendor due diligence
- Analyze incidents and accidents in order to identify root cause and recommend necessary corrective actions.
- Perform hazard analyses and recommend mitigation procedures.
- Perform virtual and onsite ergonomic assessments in order to provide employee with behavioral and / or equipment recommendations.
- Assist with the administration of global team mailbox by:

- Responding to employee inquiries in agreed upon timeframe
- Escalating issues / questions to regional lead when additional support is needed
- Work closely with several strategic partners across the firm including:

- Facilities Management
- Human Resources
- Engineering
- Technology
- Other business contacts as necessary
- Develop guidance documents for any H&S programs as needed.
- Conduct research for global jurisdictions in order to determine firm compliance.
- Perform miscellaneous H&S-related projects as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Industrial Health, Health Safety & Environment Degree.
- Credentials: IOSH, NEBOSH.
- Public health or health and safety experience.
- Knowledge of public health and current COVID-19 and CDC guidelines and protocols.
- Experience with giving general health counseling to people with COVID-19, exposure, or possible symptoms is preferred.
- Experience with contact tracing is preferred.
- Knowledge of ergonomics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English and customer service skills.
- Able to think critically and quickly in a fluctuating environment for multiple situations at a time.
- Confidence working in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency with technology.
- Must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including booster shot.
- ** Must be able to reliably commute to Gurgaon, India** (we do not provide relocation packages).
