**Key Responsibilities**:
**On-Site Quality Inspection**:

- Perform regular quality checks at the production site to ensure garments meet specified quality standards.
- Inspect raw materials, finished products, and during-production items to identify defects and non-compliance.
- Conduct sampling inspections as per predefined criteria and report findings.

**Field Audits**:

- Conduct audits of garment factories or production facilities to assess adherence to quality standards, safety protocols, and production timelines.
- Collaborate with factory management to correct any discrepancies and ensure that corrective actions are taken in a timely manner.

**Field Audits**:

- Prepare detailed inspection reports with findings, photographs, and corrective action recommendations.
- Maintain records of inspections, audits, and any corrective actions taken.
- Ensure that quality data and audit results are accurately entered into the company’s database and systems.

**Quality Assurance Coordination**:

- Liaise with the in-house quality assurance team to ensure consistency in quality control procedures.
- Communicate quality concerns and feedback to manufacturers, suppliers, or internal teams, offering suggestions for improvement.
- Monitor the effectiveness of corrective actions and assist in re-inspection if necessary.

**Training and Support**:

- Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and garment specifications.
- Assist in developing quality standards and documentation for new products.

**Non-Conformance Management**:

- Identify, track, and manage non-conformance issues in production.
- Work with production teams to resolve quality issues and reduce defects.

**Supplier and Manufacturer Interaction**:

- Engage directly with garment manufacturers and suppliers to maintain open lines of communication about quality standards and expectations.
- Conduct follow-ups with suppliers to ensure any product issues are resolved promptly.

**Product Development Support**:

- Assist the product development team in ensuring that prototypes and samples meet quality requirements before mass production.

**Continuous Improvement**:

- Suggest and implement improvements in quality control processes, including tools, equipment, and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and ensure that the company adheres to the latest quality standards.

**Working Conditions**:

- This role requires frequent travel to production facilities and manufacturers.
- May require extended working hours to meet production deadlines or quality control needs.

**Reporting To**:

- Field Quality Manager or Senior Quality Assurance Manager.
