7. Prepare Mock
- up critical operation at the time of line setting

8. Inline quality inspections and action taken for Sewing, Finishing & Cutting twice in a day.

9. 100% follow TLS system and clear red tag operator/ operation

10. Internal meetings within lines on daily basis

11. 100% accountability on Rework and Rejected pieces

12. Preparation of measurement templates on key operations

13. Display of sample pieces in line

14. Personal and environmental safety

15. Internal discipline

1. Production - Cutting, Cut panel store, Sewing, Final Checking, Finishing.
