Job Title: Lot Assistant

Location: Tiruppur

Department: Lot

Job Summary:

The Lot Assistant supports the production team by managing lot-wise tracking, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth workflow between cutting, stitching, and finishing sections.

Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain and monitor lot numbers for every batch of garments.

* Coordinate between departments (Cutting, Stitching, QC, Packing) to track work progress.

* Update daily production reports and lot status sheets.

* Ensure correct tagging, labeling, and movement of lots without delay.

* Support supervisors in dispatch and inventory management.

* Report production issues or delays to the Line Supervisor or HR immediately.

Required Skills:

* Basic knowledge of garment production process.

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Ability to handle records carefully and maintain accuracy.

* Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

* Any Degree

* Freshers or 1–2 years experience in garment factory preferred.

* Female can apply.
